About Jim Brown

I am a full time Naples resident since 1999 but originally from New York. I am a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY with a degree in Marine Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer. My previous career for 30 years was a licensed Professional Engineer in the design, implementation and commissioning of power plant controls systems both domestically and internationally. I also served 13 years in the US Navy Reserve and obtained the rank of Lt Cmdr. I retired from engineering in 2007 and embarked on a new career in Real Estate in 2008.

I love boating and ice hockey.

I am a full time licensed Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Residential RE in Naples. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase or sale of single-family, condo residences and income property within the Naples, Marco Island or Bonita Springs/Estero areas. I truly love SW Florida and pride myself on the knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and home inspections. I am proud to state that I am annually a multi-million dollar producer and have participated in over 250 transactions.
